Welcome to the ServerSide Support Center.

Once your ticket is received, you will receive an immediate acknowledgement of your support request. ServerSide will then align the most appropriate resource to initially trouble shoot your issue. Once the problem is identified, be that software or hardware, we will collectively determine the best course of action. Response times will be determined by severity of the issue.

Billable requests that require being addressed after hours or on United States Holidays such as New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas will be billed at our after hours rate. You will receive an immediate acknowledgement of your support request, and subsequent acknowledgement via the assigned technical resource to specify resolution timing.

Standard support is provided between the hours of 9am EST to 5pm EST Monday - Friday. Requests received on United States Holidays such as New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas will be billed at our after hours rate.
